A Word About Our Caregivers:
We thoroughly screen our caregivers – all of our applicants are extensively interviewed and a thorough reference and background check is conducted. Additionally, our caregivers are well-trained and supervised. All of our new employees attend a training class conducted by our Education Coordinator and they must pass both a written and skills demonstration test prior to working with our clients. All of our caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and they receive additional training on Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Additionally, we conduct in-home monthly supervisory visits to ensure client satisfaction and peace of mind. Our supervisors also provide in-home training to address specific client needs.
We also have backup staff available in case your assigned caregiver is sick or unable to work.
